Marla Stough, an experienced Creative Strategist and Strategic Beauty Executive, brings over 20 years of industry leadership in design, packaging, and display for leading consumer brands. Currently, she is the Founder & Creative Director for Coven Creative, a boutique creative consulting agency specializing in brand strategy and creative direction.

Fueled by roles at esteemed beauty brands such as Erno Laszlo, Revlon, and Amorepacific, she advocates for inclusivity, sustainability, and societal impact within the beauty industry.

As Executive Creative Director at Erno Laszlo, Stough utilizes her unique blend of creativity, conceptual thinking, and strategic insight to instigate industry change. Her innovative approach to packaging and display shapes the customer experience, earning her recognition with two Graphic Design USA awards in 2023.

During her transformative roles at Revlon and Amorepacific, Marla Stough led innovative product launches and successful rebranding initiatives. She earned her MPS in Branding from the School of Visual Arts in New York, NY and her BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Art History from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY.
